Flight Options Reviews: A Big Return of Its Founder
If it is
the Flight Options LLC review you are looking for right now, then you have come
to the right place. I have simultaneously searching and collecting any
information regarding this Cleveland, Ohio-based Fractional Private Jet
Ownership and Charter company, Flight Options LLC. I believe that all you need
to know about it has already been covered here. Let’s get start!
Flight Options History
Flight
Options was founded in 1998 by Kenneth Ricci, and was enjoying a phenomenon
success by growing their revenue almost ten times in just 17 months. Then
Flight Options did a joint venture with Raytheon Travel Air, a subsidiary of
Raytheon Company in 2001. In 2003, Mr. Ricci left the company, but he returned home
as a Chairman in 2008 by buying some stakes of Flight Options.
Just like
most companies in 2008, Flight Options could not evade from the monetary crisis
in that year, but Mr. Ricci’s return time is the right time. He bought Phenom
300 from Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer. Using that light jets, Flight
Options was available to reduce their flight cost and rebounding from the recession.
And he made
it! This Ohio private jet charter company is now one of the most famous jet
company in the U.S. Using the three programs for their customers, Flight
Options survived!
Find out the competitors here - http://glprivatejets.blogspot.com/search/label/private%20jet%20charter%20companies
Three Flight Options' Main Programs
The first
program is called Fractional Ownership. This is the most popular program in the
company. This Ownership system allows customers to enjoy lower hourly flight
rates available by buying 1/16th stake of their chosen airplane in five years.
In return, they are given 50 hours of flight hours per year. After the contract
has ended, Flight options will buy back your share of stakes in the current
market price. This program is suitable for a person who flies often, more than
50 hours per year each and every year. This ownership program also allows the
owner to take the tax advantage.
The second
program is Lease. If you choose this program, you will be asked to pay a
refundable deposit. After that, for the next three years, you have an exclusive
access to their Nextant 400XT, Citation X or Legacy 600 airplanes. Lease is an
alternative of the Fractional Ownership, allowing you to have a piece of it
without the upfront capital cost. But it has monthly management fee and monthly
lease fee.
The last
one is JetPASS. JetPASS card is called the entry into private jet ownership.
JetPASS allows you to fly up to 25 hours per card, no expiration day! You make
a call 10 hours before you fly to book your aircraft, and happy flying. That
easy! No upfront capital cost, no monthly fee, and no lease fee.
Conclusion
My
conclusion is Flight Options is quietly good if you want to start flying using
private jet. What I like about them is their price transparency. You can read
all of their prices for all of three programs in their website, unlike their
rivals, so you can directly see it like the pictures I post above.
In the end,
it is up to you to decide if you are going to use them or their rivals. Read

G550
Revolutionary Cockpit
The G550 is
armed with the revolutionary PlaneViewtm cockpit working together
with the famous Honeywell. It means that this Gulfstream airplane has a more
sophisticated avionic platform which has become a standard in this industry. There
are four liquid crystal monitors which each display different flight current data
in large image that easy-to-analyze in any conditions.
Gulfstream
G550 Series also equipped with an Eye in the Sky technology, which means
literally like what the name says. In front of the airplane, there is a camera
that show anything in front of the pilot’s forward field of vision. Anytime the
light is reduced or is hard to see the environment, their Enhanced Vision
System (EVS) is activated. It is like a Night Vision Goggle in military, if you
have watched some movies.
There is
also an option, called Synthetic Vision-Primary Flight Display. This amazing
feature will give the pilot a 3-D graphical of surrounding terrains, even in
zero-visibility area, so the pilots know what is going on in their surrounding
area. Very impressive feature.

end this review, I guess you want to know the price of this revolutionary aircraft.
A brand new Gulfstream G550 will cost you US$ 53.5 million, while a used one
has a price of around $28,500,000, depending on the total flight hours and/or

Gulfstream G650 Review: Better Than The Best
Hi, are you
interested in having the latest airplane Gulfstream has released, the
Gulfstream G650? Then you have arrived at the right place! No no no, I’m not
selling this amazing aircraft, but I have written a special review about this
G650 so you can have a better point of view about it before you decide to buy
it. Because for something with a price tag of US$ 64.5 million, you need a
clear review so you won’t get disappointed later. So let’s begin.
The Gulfstream G650 History and Design
Gulfstream G650
was first released in 2008, first researched and made in 2005, and still in
production until now. If you wish to have a new one, you will need to wait for
4 years in their waiting list. The G650 is the biggest and the fastest, longest
range and have the best technology inside, business private jet available in
the non-military market, its top speed is 0.925 Mach (almost the same of the
speed of sound).
Gulfstream
G650 farthest range is 8.000 nautical miles, or a non-stop flying from New York
to Dubai with eight passengers. And to fly from Tokyo to New York will save you
almost an hour compared to other aircrafts.
The G650
uses two Rolls Royce BR725 engine to move, with a maximum thrust of 34,000
pounds-force. This engine provides less sound compared to Boeing 737, almost
half of their noise. With a weight less than 100,000 pounds (45,400 kgs), the
G650 can land at small airport. Its maximum altitude is 51,000 feet, and
maximum take off weight is 99,600 lbs. G650 also has higher cabin pressure to
reduce fatigue and jet-lag upon landing. Every two minutes, the G650 replaces
the air in the cabin with fresh air.
The Gulfstream G650 Luxury Interior
Gulfstream
G650 has sixteen wider windows, with a width of 71 by 52 centimeters, which
provides a bright sunlight into the cabin, makes it very comfortable. The
windows are also placed higher than the G550.
The
Gulfstream Cabin Management Systems (GCMS) can synch with your gadgets, like
Apple iOS and Android, and that makes you able control the cabin’s lightning,
windows shades, temperature, and any entertainment systems with your gadget! And
the cabin setting can be saved for future flight so next time you fly with
G650, all you need to do is just using your cabin setting saved in your gadget.
Amazing right?
There are
12 options of floor plans for you to choose. And all the sofas are high quality
hand-made. With the full-reclining seats, you can take a rest upon flying. The
lavatory is also a high-class made.

Gulfstream
G650 PlaneView™ Cockpit
Gulfstream
G650 is armed with a cutting edge technology called PlaneView™. In an easier
word, it helps the pilots to fly even in a no-light condition, while flying in
nearly the speed of sound. It also has Fly-by-Wire system, which allows the airplane
to be flown fully automatic.
The
Accidents and Incidents of Gulfstream G650
In April 2,
2011, two pilots and two engineers was killed during the accident when the
Gulfstream G650 was being tested the second time. From the investigation, it
was found that attempt to achieve V2 speed was too low, thus the manufacturer raised
the V2 speed to 150 knots from 135 before.
My conclusion
of the G650 is this special aircraft is really, really special. The best in its
class until this article is made. If you want to buy a private airplane, then
make it Gulfstream G650.
